Price: $80.00 for all sessions or $50.00 for 10 session punch card.
Payment information: Payments can be accepted in person at the program. Punch cards will only be available to purchase in person.
10 card punch cards can be used to attend any 10 sessions and are a good option for those only wanting to attend one day per week or who will be unavailable during some of the program dates.
Designed for adults who want to maintain their ability to preform day-to-day activities independently. Class cover strength, flexibility, endurance, balance, coordination and agility. All activities are demonstrated with high and low impact options to challenge all ranges of fitness.
Participants will be required to complete a Par-Q fitness self-assessment
